What is the Property market like in Turkey now?

Well, the winter was a total disaster when it came to property sales, very few enquiries coming through and even less purchases. It was bound to happen, a knock on effect from the rest of the world. Good news for those looking to buy in Turkey is that prices have dropped to an all time low. Just last month I sold a part furnished one bedroom apartment for £18,500. Bargain you would say and there is plently more of those bargains to come. It's a buyers market at the moment and all it takes is re-search.
